The digital marketing manager will support senior marketing managers in various tasks, from reporting and content production to creative brainstorming and strategy development. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a digital agency or an in-house team, managing marketing projects and campaigns, organising budgets, schedules and planners, creating reports and monitoring performance.

The role will be multifaceted, requiring the digital marketing manager to use their skills to drive commercial success for clients through engaging campaigns. Tasks include communicating with clients and partners about ongoing work and results, generating reports from data, creating visual social assets using platforms like Canva, monitoring client performance across channels, and helping to grow client performance.

Ideal candidates should possess a good understanding of different marketing channels and their uses and benefits. They should have hands-on experience in planning, producing, and promoting campaign work for clients. They should also have a proven track record of success, having worked on multiple projects in a digital or creative marketing agency environment.

The candidate should be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills, background in content marketing, PR or social media roles would be advantageous. Additional design skills or experience using tools such as InDesign, Photoshop is also desirable.

The role offers a hybrid home/office working policy (the office is based in the Northern Quarter, Manchester), up to 7% annual salary increase each December, ad-hoc bonuses, and holidays: 31 days plus one extra per year.
