Located in the cultural hubs of either Brooklyn, NY, or Los Angeles, CA, the Marketing & Campaigns Manager will be integral to enhancing our presence, particularly in the vibrant markets of Latin America, as well as maintaining a strong pulse on the US and Canadian sectors. Responsibilities:
In this full-time role, you will be the driving force behind our regional marketing efforts. Your typical week, spanning 40 hours from Monday to Friday, will revolve around:
– Working closely with our in-house digital and retail experts to manifest compelling marketing campaigns.
– Aiding in the development of strategic label timelines and overseeing budget management.
– Designing and implementing cost-effective campaign budgets, with a particular emphasis on the LATAM market, to deliver on our promise to our label partners and clientele.
– Coordinating with third-party publicists, radio promoters, and marketing firms to extend our reach and impact.
– Managing advertising expenditures, which include a spectrum of platforms from digital and print to outdoor avenues.
– Delivering consistent updates to label clients and stakeholders throughout the duration of active campaigns.
Your Voice Matters:
As the Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you are expected to be an influencer within the company and in external dealings, adding your valuable perspective to:
– Project planning and digital marketing meetings.
– Team discussions as well as external sessions with clients and distribution partners.
– On-site events, providing support for touring artists outside their home territories.
– Analytical reviews, offering insights pre- and post-campaign for optimal decision-making.
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of project management or relevant industry experience.
– Fluency in Spanish.
– Eagerness to harness cutting-edge technologies and to execute marketing strategies that resonate with both artists and audiences.
